Description: Report on the inventory of all fees collected by the Department of Health (the Agency) for its operations that: (i) lists every fee collected by the Agency; (ii) provides the legal authority for each fee and whether or not the Agency has discretion to change it; (iii) contains the amount of the fee and the revenue generated by the fee over the prior three fiscal years; (iv) lists the last time the fee was increased or decreased; and (v) whether the fee is sufficient to cover the costs of the activity for which it is collected, including a recommendation on the fee amount that is appropriate.
