    An annual assessment of the VITA organization and in-scope information technology and telecommunications costs, including a review of agency productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness, (ii) identification of opportunities to reduce the number of retained employees, (iii) establishment and update of standards for hardware, such as the number of printers per employee and using docking stations instead of laptops and desktops, and (iv) options for decreasing agency overhead costs.
