    Annual report on the amount of (a) funds expected to be requested by eligible applicants for Water Quality Improvement Fund (WQIF) projects, by fiscal year, for active executed grant agreements, for pending grant applications, and for anticipated grant applications based on the WQIF needs assessment, (b) the amount of previously appropriated funds that remain available to meet such requests, and (c) the amount of additional funds, by fiscal year, needed to meet such requests.
