    Report on the evaluation of the impact of the changes to the provisions of subsection A of § 38.2-3412.1 of the Code of Virginia, and shall consider (i) the potential increase in services and benefits covered by group and individual health insurance as a result of the definitional changes; (ii) the feasibility of compliance with such increase in services and benefits; and (iii) the development of a plan for implementation of the definitional changes, including cost estimates.
