Description: Report on the findings of the work group established to evaluate the business plans of Virginia's veterans care centers to identify options for repayment of the working capital advance authorized by Chapter 2, 2022 Acts of Assembly, Special Session I and ensure that the care centers are self-sustaining after start-up funds are exhausted, including an analysis of the impact of operating the Veterans Care Centers as a system and sharing nongeneral fund revenues between Davis & McDaniel, Sitter & Barfoot, Jones & Cabacoy, Puller, and any future care centers to cover operating expenses.
