Description: Report on the findings and recommendations of the work group convened to explore long-term funding options to support school division usage, Virtual Virginia activities, and professional learning support, and shall review impacts to dual enrollment and two-year matriculation, equitable access to high school and college credit courses along with viable funding possibilities, and shall consider a funding model whereby a fee schedule is developed for school divisions to subscribe to LMS services through a statewide contract administered through Virtual Virginia.
