    Annual report on the findings of data collected to: (i) identify claims for 340B drugs submitted to the Medicaid program that may give rise to a duplicate discount under 42 U.S.C. § 1396r-8(a)(5)(C); (ii) exclude 340B drug claims from Medicaid rebate invoices submitted to manufacturers where required by federal law; and (iii) quantify the aggregate value of 340B discounts received by covered entities on drugs dispensed to Medicaid enrollees.
