    Report on the review of participation in the Community Eligibility Provision statewide, including (i) reasons for non-participation among schools with Identified Student Percentages between 25.0 and 40.0 percent with a focus on those with an Identified Student Percentage between 35.0 and 40.0 percent, (ii) a summary of the financial benefits that schools or divisions participating in the Community Eligibility Provision have realized, and (iii) recommendations for encouraging participation, including cost estimates for each option.
