Executive Summary:

On behalf cf the Dulles International Airport Development Commission, the following is a report of the activities of this Commission from its establishment by the 1968 General Assembly to the beginning of the 1970 General Assembly Session.

Aware that the State could derive great economic benefit from the development of Dulles International Airport to its fullest potential, the 1968 General Assembly adopted Senate Joint Resolution No. 27 and House Joint Resolution No. 16, which created the Dulles International Airport Development Commission.
