Executive Summary:

At the 1972 session of the General Assembly of Virginia, the Virginia Department of Health was directed to study the advisability of increasing and expanding its family planning programs pursuant to House Joint Resolution No. 121.

The results of this special study including a summary of the family planning activities in Virginia and some plans and recommendations for the future are presented in the following report.
