There is transmitted herewith the report from the Division of Motor Vehicles required by Senate Resolution No. 4, Session of 1978 determining the number of vehicles and the amount of fees paid with respect to all vehicles registered under the provisions of Sections 46.1-1S4 and 46.1-1S7.1 of the Code of Virginia.
