Executive Summary:
House Joint Resolution 50, passed by the Virginia General Assembly during the 1983 Regular Session, requested the Secretary of Public Safety to publicize and lend assistance to the formation and operation of Neighborhood Watch or Crime Watch Groups. This report is in respone to that request.
