The resolution may be found in the appendices of this report. Appointed to serve on the Joint Subcommittee were Delegates John G. Dicks, III, of Chester, Benjamin J. Lambert, III, of Richmond, Chairman, and Marian Van Landingham of Alexandria; Senators Edward M. Holland of Arlington, Vice-Chairman, and Frank W. Nolen of New Hope. |
