This report summarizes the progress of the Public/Private Partnership between the Virginia Department of Taxation (TAX) and CGI - American Management Systems, Inc. (CGI-AMS), pursuant to Section 58.1-202.2 of the Code of Virginia. This cumulative report is a follow up to the last “Partnership Project Update Report to the Governor and the General Assembly” issued December 12, 2003. New information for the past year begins at page 30.
