Special report on the recommended changes to the Virginia Public Procurement Act (§ 2.2-4300 et seq.) of the Code of Virginia and procurement regulations in order to enhance and improve the procurement process for all public bodies in the Commonwealth. [This also satisfies the reporting requirements of Chapter 933 Enactment 5., 2005.]
