Executive Summary:
Annual report of the Council's certification of all state-supported institutions. The annual assessment shall be based upon the objective measures and institutional performance benchmarks proposed by the Governor and included in the annual appropriation act. [See also Item 4-9.02, 2006 Budget Bill.]
