Item 54.1 0, Chapter 3, 2006 Acts of Assembly, Special Session I (Appropriation Act) requires the project office director to report to the Governor and the Chairmen of the House Appropriations and Senate Finance Committees the status of the enterprise project including funding needs, areas of risk, and any major problems. The attached document represents the activities and status of the project to date. Additional reports will be submitted as required.
