Executive Summary: *This report was replaced in its entirety by the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Commission on December 7, 2011. The Commission completed a set of recommendations for the Governor and General Assembly. The recommendations are categorized into five over-arching goals: • Coordinate Quality Dementia Services in the Commonwealth to Ensure Dementia Capability • Use Dementia Related Data to Improve Public Health • Increase Awareness and Create Dementia Specific Training • Provide Access to Quality Coordinated Care for Individuals with Dementia in the Most Integrated Setting • Expand Resources for Dementia Specific Translational Research and Evidence-Based Practices |
