The following report complies with the requirements as specified in: HB 30, Budget Item 108.E.2 and § 36-142 E of the Code of Virginia.

“As part of the plan required by § 36-142 of the Code of Virginia, report to the Chairmen of HAC and SFC on the proposed use of recent additional appropriations to the Housing Trust Fund as well as the impact of loans and grants awarded through the fund. This must include, but is not limited to: (i) the number of affordable rental housing units repaired or newly constructed, (ii) the number of individuals receiving down payments and/or closing assistance, and (iii) the progress and accomplishments in reducing homelessness achieved by the additional support provided through the fund."
