RD176 - 2017 Executive Summary for the Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act Work Group
Pursuant to Chapter 762 of the Acts of Assembly of 2009, the Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act Work Group (PPEA Work Group) is charged with performing an annual review of the Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act of 2002 Model Guidelines to make revisions as needed based on amendments to the Act. The PPEA Work Group consists of representatives of local and state public entities and private entities appointed jointly by the Chairs of the Senate Committee on General Laws and Technology and the House Committee on General Laws.
Staffing in 2017 was provided by Amigo Wade, senior attorney, of the Division of Legislative Services.
The PPEA Work Group did not meet during the 2017 interim.
