Executive Summary:

In accordance with the Appropriation Act Chapter 854 Item 282 (K)(2) Children and youth with educational disabilities placed due to the Individualized Education Programs (IEP) in approved private school educational programs are included in the CSA target population and are eligible for funding (Code of Virginia § 2.2-5211; 2.2-5212).
