Plan outlining the proposed uses of the Virginia Housing Trust Fund that have been appropriated for fiscal year 2015, including the impact of the loans and grants awarded through the fund, including but not limited to, (i) the number of affordable rental housing units repaired or newly constructed, (ii) the number of individuals receiving down payment and/or closing assistance, and (iii) the accomplishments and progress in reducing homelessness achieved by the additional support provided through the fund.  [Includes reporting requirements of Item 105 E.2. of the 2019 Appropriation Act.]
