Report on the number of salvage and nonrepairable certificates issued in the Commonwealth of Virginia for the fiscal years from July 2, 2014, through June 30, 2017, and the number of salvage and nonrepairable certificates issued in the Commonwealth of Virginia for the fiscal years July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2020, to determine whether there is any impact on the number of nonrepairable vehicles. Such report shall include any other available data.
