RD656 - Completed Capital Projects Report for Fiscal Year 2021 – December 1, 2021


Executive Summary:

The Director of the Department of General Services (DGS) is required by Section 2.2-4383.B to receive and consolidate public body-reported data on completed capital projects for submission to the Governor and the Chairmen of the House Appropriations and Senate Finance Committees no later than December 1 of each year. This requirement became effective on July 1, 2017 and directs public bodies to include completed capital projects in excess of $2M and to include, at a minimum, the following data elements:

• Procurement Method

• Project Budget

• Actual (completed) Project Costs

• Expected Timeline

• Actual Completion Time
