Annual omnibus report on the status of research and development initiatives funded by the Virginia Innovation Partnership Authority in the Commonwealth; annual report on all investment activities of the Virginia Innovation Partnership Authority and any entity established by the Authority, including returns on investments; and annual report on: 1. activities associated with the Growth Accelerator Program (GAP); 2. activities associated with the Regional Innovation Fund; and 3. the prior fiscal year outcomes as well as the outcomes of each program managed directly by the Virginia Innovation Partnership Authority since inception, and program changes anticipated in the subsequent fiscal year.
