The Virginia Drug Treatment Court Act (Code of Virginia §18.2-254.1) requires the Office of the Executive Secretary of the Supreme Court of Virginia (OES), with the assistance of the State Drug Treatment Court Advisory Committee, to develop a statewide evaluation model and conduct ongoing evaluations of the effectiveness and efficiency of all local drug treatment courts. The Act further requires OES to annually provide the General Assembly with a report of these evaluations This report reflects fiscal years 2014-2021 data prepared for the 2021 General Assembly.(*1)
