Annual report on the demographic characteristics of juveniles incarcerated in state juvenile correctional institutions, including the race or ethnicity, age, and gender of such persons; the types of and extent to which health-related problems are prevalent among such persons; and the report on the Virginia Juvenile Community Crime Control Act programs, including the number of juveniles served, the average cost for residential and nonresidential services, the number of employees, and descriptions of the contracts entered into by localities.
