It is with great pleasure on behalf of the Commonwealth Neurotrauma Initiative Trust Fund Advisory Board that I share with you and the people of the Commonwealth of Virginia this Triennial Report on the logistics, activities, and accomplishments of the CNI Trust Fund from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2023.
