Executive Summary:

Annual report on the strategies for Virginia to obtain the maximum amount of federal funds available for child care services for TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) recipients and families whose incomes are at or below 185 percent of the federal poverty level.  The report shall also include the use of the Statewide Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Program Funding Pool Program funds and the outcomes achieved.
