Report on the findings and recommendations of the work group convened to review the rate and distribution of pari-mutuel pools generated by wagering on historic horse racing at satellite facilities pursuant to § 59.1-392, Code of Virginia, including the corresponding distribution of future revenues to localities beginning July 1, 2025.
