During the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, the Virginia Spirits Board (Board) met five times, with a focus on continuing support for both the Virginia Spirits Board Marketing Office (VSBMO) and the research and education grant program. The Board approved a one-year extension through fiscal year 2026 for The Hodges Partnership, a strategic communications firm based in Richmond, to continue to represent the VSBMO and will evaluate the two additional extensions on a year-by-year basis. The annual report from VSBMO, covering calendar year 2024, is included with this report (Appendix 1). The Board approved research and education grants, totaling $338,626.54, in April 2025.
