This review was conducted in accordance with Chapter 566 of the 2024 Acts of Assembly, which requires each local school board or division superintendent to examine the extent to which school buildings, grounds, programs, and supports present accessibility challenges and barriers for individuals with disabilities. The purpose of this review is to identify such barriers, document ongoing or planned remediation efforts, and provide recommendations for ensuring compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and related state laws.
