Executive Summary:

The 2020 General Assembly established the Transit Ridership Incentive Program (TRIP) in Virginia Code § 33.2-1526.3 to improve transit use and reduce barriers to transit. This section of code also requires an annual report on the projects and services funded by TRIP in each fiscal year (FY). This report fulfills that requirement for FY26.
