Executive Summary:

Pursuant to Item 1 paragraph I of the 2026-2028 biennial budget, the Department of Rail and Public Transportation (DRPT) shall “prepare a report on the uses of the Commonwealth Rail Fund" by November 15 of each year. This report fulfills this requirement for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026.
