Quarterly report on the grant awards and expenditures from the Virginia Growth and Opportunity Fund, including, but not be limited to, total appropriations made or transferred to the fund, total grants awarded, total expenditures from the fund, cash balances, and balances available for future commitments, and shall further summarize such amounts by the allocations provided in paragraph Item 103.N.2. of the 2025 Appropriation Act, including amounts allocated to support organizational and capacity building activities, amounts allocated to regional councils based on each region's share of the state population, and amounts to be awarded on a competitive basis.
