Executive Summary:
Mandated by the House Bill 2503 (2003 Regular Session proposed to help make local Boards of Equalization more responsive to the needs of citizens who file local real estate assessment appeals. In addition, it directed the Virginia Department of Taxation (TAX) to complete a report that would evaluate the provisions of this legislation.)
