Executive Summary:
Item 63 A.5, Appropriations Act of 2008 requires the VEAP Office Director to report to the Governor and the Chairmen of the House Appropriations and Senate Finance Committees on the major aspects of the VEAP Office, including the status of funding needs, areas of risk, and major problems and implications, and to the Information Technology Investment Board comparing actual performance to the milestones, deliverables, and funding in the approved implementation strategy.
