Executive Summary:
This summary report has been prepared to meet the provisions of Section 4-2.03 d., Chapter 874, 2010 Acts of Assembly, which requires submission of a report to the chairmen of the House Appropriations Committee and the Senate Finance committee of all administratively appropriated indirect costs in the prior fiscal year. The content of this report includes all such transactions that occurred in fiscal year 2010.
