Executive Summary:

Report on the outstanding bonds related to the future closure of the Southwest Virginia Training Center and the Central Virginia Training Center, including the anticipated outstanding bond balance for the date of the planned facility closure based on facility funding as of the date of the report and the anticipated outstanding balance each year thereafter until such time as all bonds will be repaid on those facilities.
