Report on the plan for comprehensive public reporting on early childhood expenditures, outcomes, and program quality to replace the reporting requirement set forth in Item 145.C.14.l.4) of the 2020 Appropriation Act, and shall: consider the components included in that reporting requirement, include all publicly-funded providers as defined in Chapter 860 and Chapter 861 of the 2020 Acts of Assembly, identify any fiscal, legislative, or regulatory barriers to implementing such public reporting, and consider integration with the Department of Education's School Quality Profiles.
