Report on the findings and recommendations of the work group convened to assess and provide recommendations for a long-term operating and capital plan for the provision of health care services to inmates held in secure correctional facilities operated by the Department of Corrections, including its recommendations for future utilization of the Beaumont property, the medical facility at Deerfield Correctional Facility, and Powhatan Infirmary, as well as feedback from the Six-Year Capital Outlay Plan Advisory Committee.
