RD569 - Completed Capital Projects Report – November 1, 2016


Executive Summary:
The Director of the Department of General Services (DGS) is required by Section 4.4-01.y.4 * of the 2016 Virginia Acts of the Assembly (Chapter 780) to receive and consolidate agency-reported data on completed capital projects for submission to the Governor and the Chairmen of the House Appropriations and Senate Finance Committees no later than December 1 of each year. The Act directs agencies to include completed capital projects beginning with those authorized for construction under Chapter 665 (2015) and to include, at a minimum, the following data elements:

• Procurement Method
• Project Budget
• Actual (completed) Project Costs
• Expected Timeline
• Actual Completion Time
• Post-Project Issues
